You are all aware of the proposal for a central handicap database, and it was pointed out at the last Club Delegates meeting that there are still some clubs administering handicaps manually, which needs to be taken in consideration. In order to ascertain how many clubs this involves, if you are a club or you know of a club which still manages the handicapping system manually, please inform Ruth Goodwin as soon as possible.
